1. Voting on the bid proposals of the IM24CA future title championships. 
   • Melges 24 Europeans 2024 - the bids received from Split, CRO ; Hyeres, FRA and Balatonfüred, HUN.
   • Melges 24 Worlds 2025 - the bids received from Hyeres, FRA; Scarlino, ITA and Portoroz, SLO.
   • Melges 24 Europeans 2026 - the bid received from Balatonfüred, HUN

NOTE: Hyeres withdrew its bid to compete for the 2024 Europeans, and is bidding for the 2025 Worlds only.

An Open Session in Zoom will be held for the class to have a chance to ask questions about the bids and venues from the NCA's and / or hosting clubs on April 4. 

NOTE: Nations are asked to confirm the name of their representatives or proxies and any observers to the Class Administrator Piret Salmistu at piret@melges24.com as soon as possible, but before the EGM on April 12.

If a World Council Member is unable to attend a meeting, his NCA may appoint a substitute for that meeting only. Such designations shall be in writing and received by the Treasurer/Administrator of the IM24CA prior to the meeting. Each NCA must inform the IM24CA Treasurer/Administrator of the name of their appointed World Council member or proxy substitute before the start of the AGM.
