1 June, 2015 - Åmål, Sweden -The first Doyle Sails Melges 24 Nordic Trophy event was sailed from 29th to 31st of May in Åmål. Åmål is less than 200 km west from Oslo and north from Gothenburg. A tiny cosy village of under 10 000 inhabitants. The facilities and hospitality was superb.

Half of the total six events have been held to give the points to the 2015 Melges 24 European Sailing Series ranking: the first in Portoroz, Slovenia in March; the second in Balatonfüred, Hungary in the beginning of May and the third as a joint event with the Audi tron Sailing Series Act 3 in Riva d

30 May 2015 - Åmål, Sweden - Three races in really rainy, moist, cold and windy conditions on the second day of the 2015 Doyle Sails Melges 24 Nordic Trophy first event in Amal, Sweden. The fleet enjoyed big waves and downwind speeds of 15+ knots.
