From The Italian Class - This time the weather was on our side, and the first regatta of the Volvo Cup 2005 enjoyed three gorgeous days, on the weekend between March 11th and 13th in Alassio. Thirty Melges 24s, ten Beneteau 25 and ten H22 boats on the starting line on friday.

Only one month left for your registration at the French National 2005 - La Rochelle. The event will take place from the 5th to the 8th of May, during the 42nd prestigious Semaine Internationale de La Rochelle (SIV). An outstanding regatta :Remember the Worlds 2000 ?

The German speaking Class Association is inviting all Melges 24 crews to participate in the LIROS German Opan Championship 2005, which will be sailed at Tutzing on Lake Starnberg in Bavaria.

From The German Class - North Sails Cup, 2-3 April 2005 - The German Class has sailed the first race to count for the LIROS German Ranking 2005. Ten Melges 24s came to Kreuzlingen (Switzerland, Lake Constance) to sail together with 41 sports boats of all different types in the North Sails Cup.

From The German Class Association - This coming weekend the German Class Association will run the first event of the new LIROS German Ranking at Kreuzlingen, Switzerland. The North Sails Cup is the major sports boat event on Lake Constance and the Melges 24 will have its own class.
