The fourth and final day of the Melges 24 French Open National Championship in Larmor Beach saw one final race in which the Rochelais based Jean-Francois Cruette and his crew of Scutum took the honours.
In a tense and tricky final race on Lake St Claire, Detroit, California's Argyle Campbell and his crew of Don Jesberg, Robert Kinney and Aaron Serenis aboard "Rock Roll" became the Melges 24 North American Champions 2004.
The third day of the French Melges 24 Nationals in Larmor Beach, Lorient produced four more races bringing the total sailed to 10 with 9 to count.
