Happy Halloween everyone! Here in Annapolis the sun is shining this morning and the temperatures are rising at last with a promise of mid 60s by this afternoon. We've got light to moderate airs forecast and Justin, Paul, Joy and Fi are heading out to the race course in a few moments ready to get our FROM THE WATER BLOG rolling for today.
