IMCA World Council AGM 2012 - Final Agenda Now Published

The Final version of the IMCA World Council AGM Agenda incorporating all Amendments and supporting documents is now available online at http://melges24.com/node/6583.  

A very large number of submissions were received for the AGM, some of which concern the same or overlapping subjects.  In order to streamline the management of the meeting Constitution point 10.4.7 has been applied and composite documents which group the Regatta Regulation, Rule Change and Constitution proposals together for discussion have been drawn up.  These are linked to the Agenda (see into paragraphs for items 10, 11 and 12 for links) .  All proposals are listed exactly as on the original submissions and these composites are aimed purely at facilitating and speeding up the discussion and decision making process.  In case of conflict the text of the original submission document will apply.
