Melges 24 European Sailing Series 2014 First Event In Portoroz - Initial Entry Deadline On March 7

There's just a bit more than a month to go until the start of Open Slovenian National Championship, the first event of the Melges 24 European Sailing Series 2014  which runs from 27-30 March in Portoroz.

The initial entry deadline for the event is on Friday 7 March so if you plan to enter and want to take advantage of the early entry discount take action now and make your entry. Competitors who have already made their entry but not yet paid their entry fee are reminded that they need to make their payments before 7 March to avoid paying the 30% late entry fee.

The Notice of Race for the event is published at the website of the Yachting Club Portorož and the Entry Form is available to download.

The season opener in Portorož from 27-30 March provides the perfect opportunity to wind up for the Melges 24 Europeans on the Lake Balaton. Portorož is located just over the Italy/Slovenia border and has the excellent motorway links from across Europe.  It's then just a 5-hours-drive to Lake Balaton to be ready for the M24 Europeans.
